Influencer and Media Relations Strategy: 
  • Executed influencer and media relations strategy for Lagunitas' grand opening of the Chicago TapRoom. 
  • Managed VIP event outreach and secured 52 Media and Influencer attendees for in-person grand opening event.
  • Generated 200+ earned media placements with a 500M+ audience reach.
  • Generated 50+ earned, organic Instagram story posts, 13+ organic social media in-feed posts/ Reels, and reached 385K+ on Instagram.

Influencer Strategy:
  • Managed and executed influencer marketing strategy for Easton Town Center and key tenants. 
  • Managed influencer outreach, content strategy, and UGC calendar for organic and paid influencer social media marketing. One influencer's video went viral on TikTok with over 70K+ views, and other influencer content consistently met and exceeded social KPIs and benchmarks across Facebook and Instagram.

Influencer + Digital + Radio + Media Strategy:
  • Created, managed, and implemented influencer marketing campaign for grand opening of RISE Brands' Weenie Wonder QSR brand. 
  • Managed influencer budget, influencer outreach, and UGC content calendar. 
  • Generated: 8 influencer partnerships, 17 unique content pieces, over 550K+ social media impressions, 6.4% average social engagement rate (benchmark 1-5%). One influencer's video on TikTok went viral and generated over 26K+ views. 
  • Executed media outreach through pitching, relationship building, and on-site interview opportunities. Gained client coverage in target publications for key audiences with 15 earned media placements and 11M+ Media Impressions.
  • ​Created and executed ongoing radio partnership for Weenie Wonder (second QSR location) grand opening. Generated brand exposure through radio advertisements and on-site promotions.
  • Managed digital advertising placements through large-scale digital displays, kiosks, and signage.

  • Strategize and implement full funnel social campaigns, manage paid social advertising and report on performance to key stakeholders.
  • ​Create, manage, and implement the social media calendar for 5+ social profiles. Utilized Sprout Social to schedule and monitor content. 
  • Strategize, maintain and analyze organic and paid social media through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit ad managers. 
  • Write creative briefs for strategy and content, and work with copywriters and designers to create assets.

Senior Communications Strategy:
  • Detailed communication strategy for the OCIO, ODEE and Enterprise Security teams at The Ohio State University. Communication strategies were implemented for technology, thought leadership and online education initiatives. I planned and executed marketing strategies for high profile events and campus-wide initiatives. I also had the pleasure of working with local and national community partners within higher education (Big Ten), technology and science (Apple and Science Olympiad). 
  • Expertise and skills: writing news articles and press releases, social media content curation, planning and management, branding expertise, storytelling, presenting to stakeholders, web and social media analysis, email marketing, event management, university-wide initiatives, instructional course design.

​Non-Profit Case Study:
  • Case Study included: detailed social media plan, social copy curation, voice and tone documents, social media analysis and projections, comparative studies, several site visits / presentations, mock social media posts and a final presentation with suggestions & considerations presented to board members of OSFY and Wittenberg University faculty. This case study was successful and was implemented as an example in the curriculum for Wittenberg University students.

During my time at Wittenberg I had the opportunity to work in various departments: Residence Life, Career Services, Student Development and the Compass Center. I was also chosen as one of ten students to join Integrated Media Corps- a paid internship with the University's Office of Communication. 

Residence Life and Student Development: Office duties, digital and print advertisements and flyers/ poster creation, creation and management of social media platforms: Twitter and Facebook.

Compass Center: Promotion of student success center, academic tutoring in communication, journalism, design and writing.

Career Services: Office duties, digital and print advertisements, print assets creation, creation and management of social media platforms: Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Career and graduate event management. Creation of Wordpress blog with career related articles and student spotlights.

Integrated Media Corps: Worked closely with University Office of Communication creating digital and print communications like advertisements, press releases, social content, informative articles, videos, infographics, etc. Academic lessons regarding radio and video creation and editing, interviewing skills, Adobe programs, website creation and more.
